Education, Motivation and Advocacy for Relapse & Recidivism Prevention for the Poor in Black Urban America, and other Communities of Color!  

 “The Dream Makers & “The Three Wishes” – An innovative treatment approach and concept with predictable positive results developed by Deacon Ken Radcliffe that can and has impacted on the lives of the Poor affected by the mental illness of Alcohol, substance use and addiction. Services are provided to the formerly incarcerated, and members of the community.

Deacon Ken Radcliffe has worked as a New York City Administrative Chaplain for the NYC Department of Correction for 20 Years, a case manager in Homeless Shelters, a counselor and group facilitator in relapse prevention. The Relapse program he developed while at Project Create, in Harlem, proved very successful. Deacon Ken Radcliffe is also a New York State Certified Recovery Coach.
